Thank you for your interest in booking your child's birthday party at WEGA
Gymnastics & Cheer. In an effort to make the experience enjoyable and effortless for you, we would like to provide you with the following information:
What does the party consist of?
Each party is reserved for a 2-hour time block. You will be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time to prepare for set-up and guest arrival.
At this time, you will be greeted by a Birthday Party instructor and questions and/or instructions will be given at this time. As your guests arrive, they will check-in with you in the private party area located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the observation area. Once all guests have checked-in, participants will be led to the main gymnasium.
What is a typical schedule of activities?

Supervised warm-up accompanied by music and dance. |
| 1 Hour 15 Min |
Once warm-up has been completed, the party guests will
take part in the following activities including; relay races, gymnastics
games, obstacle courses, foam-filled pit, trampoline, freeze dance
contests, mazes and much more! |
| 30 Minutes |
Once all floor activities are concluded, all participants will be forwarded to the private party room where you can serve your choice of refreshments, food, cake and any other activity you prefer.
